Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with 48 hours before appointment to avoid forfeiture of their deposit.
- Deposits are nonrefundable to compensate for reserved time and potential loss of business due to late cancellations.

Service Satisfaction:
- We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services.
- If you are dissatisfied with your service prior to your appointment, please contact us at 504-201-2915 for resolution. If you are dissatisfied with your service during your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible for resolution.

Changes to Service:
- Any adjustments or modifications to the original service request will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.
- Additional charges may apply for requested changes or additional services.

Health and Safety:
- Please inform us of any health conditions or allergies that may affect your service.
