Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms:
- Payment is required upon booking your appointment at KeishaDaStylist.
- Clients have the option to pay in full or pay a nonrefundable deposit of $20 at the time of booking.
Deposit Policy:
- Deposits are nonrefundable under any circumstances.
- The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of services rendered.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
- Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Late Arrivals:
- We strive to accommodate all clients promptly. With that being said, there is a 30-minute grace period to arrive at scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will result in forfeiting deposit and will need to reschedule appointment.
Service Guarantees:
- KeishaDaStylist guarantees high-quality service and satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us let us know as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue.
Health and Safety:
- Clients must disclose any health conditions or allergies that may affect their services.
- KeishaDaStylist reserves the right to refuse service to any client who may pose a health or safety risk.
**Changes to Terms: **
- KeishaDaStylist reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
